Release candidate preparation

Test results so far:

- hoary-live-amd64: OK

- hoary-live-powerpc: OK

- hoary-live-i386: OK

- hoary-install-amd64: failed, repeatable segfault in
  archive-copier/package-cache-names

- hoary-install-powerpc: install succeeded, but failed to ask X
  configuration mode question (regression in 6.8.2-6)
