since this is the first mention on an Ubuntu  mailing list (that I can
remember) of a bug filled in Malone, does it means it is actually open
for business as a bug reporting tool for users to use?   Looking at
the bugs currently in it, it seems that it mostly used by the motu
team at this point in time, at least in recent days.
