Promote nis to ship seed?

I just added NIS authentication support to kickseed following a user's
request. However, in order for this to work on CD installs, we need to
add the nis package to the ship seed. Is there still time for this to
happen for Hoary?

nis is already in supported, and promoting it would add about a quarter
of a megabyte to CD sizes.
