K3b and MP3 support

Hi,

a question to the Kubuntu team: Is it a policy thingy that K3B doesn't
support decoding of mp3 anymore? The necessary plugin has disappeared
from K3B after having installed the latest upgrades in hoary... (or at
least since I last used K3B).
