"Windows" explorer

Hi guys,
Since about two months I'm using Ubuntu, and I like it more and more.
Before I was stuck to Fedora, since it was always up to date and on the
edge, but Ubuntu is much more "user friendly".
Most of the people I show it to want to try it, and the Live CD really works
in that case. It proves to them their hardware is supported, even before
installing.
But the question I get most is: Where is the "windows explorer" equivalent?
Naturally I tell them Nautilus performs this function, but would it be able
to add a treeview to it? I think this would help "transfer" a lot of Windows
users to Ubuntu (Things like OpenOffice and Evolution already helped a
*lot*).
Or is there another program that emulates this "windows explorer"?
Thanks for your response,
Frans.
