Request rhino move to universe

Rhino is a JavaScript engine built in Java. Previously it was in
multiverse because it was originally in contrib in Debian.

I have uploaded a new version of it to Ubuntu. This version no longer
requires the non-free dependencies that put the last version in
multiverse. It was not a license issue.

Can this package be promoted from multiverse to universe?
