Moving Forward in Ubuntu (Wine, Debian and Universe)

The Wine programmers aren't adverse to such things, they are in fact
discussing WindowsXP-compatible registry-based theming on the mailing
list right now.  They just want to do things the Right WayTM in terms
of both Windows compatibility and Linux usability.
