final hoary testing report

I could not get the Hoary netboot to work. Everything hung when trying
to get the "Release" file via wget. I looked in the log and saw
something like {*language-locale-something*}archive.ubuntu.comnull - it
looked like some inserting of variables had flunked. I tried performing
the wget command manually from the shell which worked.

I then tried Warty which worked immediately.
