Call for help: reviewing of packages

Hi everyone,

the lists of packages to be reviewed on
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/MOTUTodo and
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/MOTUNewPackages grow longer and longer
steadily. The MOTU crew would be really happy about brief reviews of the
Todo list and more thorough ones of the NEW packages. 

I know this means additional work, but I'd propose this course of action
for people willing to help out:

Tiny changes:
 * package ok: upload and notification of the hopefully-soon-to-be-MOTU
 *  "  not ok: notification by mail/irc on the changes to be made

NEW packages:
 * in either way: notify the new maintainer and make a brief note on
MOTUNewPackages

We hope to grow soon and fill the gap ourselves, but at the moment rely
on people helping us along.
