to the gtk2-engines-industrial package that dropped the cursor theme.
The theme engine changed however from industrial to clearlooks. Also,
the cursor theme is there, in /usr/share/icons/Human/cursors, installed
by ubuntu-artwork. It's just not enabled. So, shouldn't this be a new
ubuntu-artwork package bug?

In the meantime, the cursor theme can be easily switched to Human by
installing gcursor.
