Easy to package quickcam messenger kernel module

Hi there,

I've redid, mainly the build-environment of, the qc-usb quickcam
messenger stuff you can find on the Internet

Using this build-environment it's much more easy to create for example
packages for it.


Therefor it'd be nice if an ubuntu or debian developer wanted to do
that. It would add hardware support for the Logitech Quickcam Messenger
webcam to Ubuntu (or debian).
