Changelogs, where are they?

Hello again.

I know I post too much, anyhow...
The file  
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/l/linux-source-2.6.10/linux-source-2.6.10_2.6.10-25.2/changelog
does not exist.
Yesterday (the current kernel was linux-source-2.6.10_2.6.10-25.1) the file 
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/l/linux-source-2.6.10/linux-source-2.6.10_2.6.10-25.1/changelog
did not exist, but today it is online.

Are th changelogs offset by one release? Is there another url I should 
download most recent changelogs from?

Anyhow... he -25.1 kernel works well here. Now I would like to know what 
changed in -25.2 before rebooting into it.
