PHP5

As Ubuntu is becoming not only the Just Works-kicks ass desktop, but
also the bleeding edge development platform, there's just one thing I'm
missing (which slows down my work): PHP5 packages.

What are the plans on PHP5? Is there any MOTU work etc? Where should I
poke around to get this ball rolling?

I heard they landed in Debian but I can't locate them.
