gdeb package broken in Hoary

This also applies for the gnome-commander, which still relies on fam (which
is not available in hoary anymore).

But the commander could be used to sway a lot of windows users who are used
to the windows/total commander way of work.

Yes, there are quite a number of packages in universe which are
uninstallable; many of them (like this one) require only a rebuild with
current libraries.  We haven't made any concerted effort to fix them up as
yet, but it will happen before release.
