Translations?

Hi,
I've been running hoary for a while, and seeing that for each upgrade
I've done, less of the system has been translated to my native language
(Swedish). I was just wondering wether this is the normal process, and
that the different translations will be applied when GNOME and Ubuntu is
in freeze.

I also wonder whether the Ubuntu-specific menu will be translated in
Hoary (it wasn't in Warty).

Other than that, thanks for a kick-ass system!
