Menu Changes Within Evolution

I have a question, I use Evolution 2.1.6 on Hoary, and recently, when I
upgraded from 2.1.5 (I think) to 2.1.6, some of the options avalible to
me when I right click disapeared, like Mark as Read, and Apply Filters..
is this a bug, or some feature from the new version or something else
entirely?
