User Profile manager 1.0-3

Hello,

I've released a new version of the user-profile tool.

Changelog :
- The window get's insensitive when it's preforming the passwd and chfn.
- The user-admin now replaces the the user-profile process. This means 
that when user-admin gets launched it closes user-profile.

The new version can be found at : http://eros.homelinux.net:4000/~domenique
Debian packages should arrive soon. when using the source be sure to 
change the GLADEFILE var into the right location.
