XKB

Is there a problem with XKB in breezy? 
I cant switch to a terminal with Ctrl-Alt + F1 - 6. I have fiddled
arround to try and find out what was up but cant see it.

 options = []

I had a search of the bugzilla but count find anything that looked
like the same problem. If you have any suggestions then I will give
them a test
