Help: .desktop entry causes application to show in two places

I've modified and moved the .desktop file for gringotts so that it
complies with the XDG menu thingamajig.
However I have a problem with the categories. I've put down the
following:
Categories=GTK;Utility;Security;
This seems to be reasonable since:
- The application uses GTK.
- It's a security-related application (it stores data in an encrypted
file).
- The categories listed as related to Security are Settings and System,
but I don't think gringotts fits in either. Utility is a better
related category for this application.
Now the problem is that the menu contains the application in three
places:
Accessories
Debian->Apps->Tools
Utilities
Why does it show up in Utilities? I really don't want it there, but I
can't come up with any way of getting rid of it :(
Any tips?

Software is not manufactured, it is something you write and publish.
Keep Europe free from software patents, we do not want censorship
by patent law on written works.
Due to the suspicious nature of crypto users I have a feeling DES will
be with us forever, we will just keep adding keys and cycles... There
is a parallel between designing electronic commerce infrastructure
today that uses weak cryptography (i.e. 40 or 56 bit keys) and, say,
designing air traffic control systems in the '60s using two digit year
fields. ... Just because you can retire before it all blows up doesn't
make it any less irresponsible.
