Breezy Hibernation

[Scott Robinson]

How is Hibernation being handled in Breezy? Specifically, both the
restore action and suspend action have no indication they're being
performed.

It was a bit spooky my first time using them.

Is this being implemented in the USplash work? Who should I get in
contact with to help out?
