Where? I've never seen that.
I ended up putting a small script in ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts. I
called it OpenTerminalHere and it contains the following:
#!/bin/sh
dir=${NAUTILUS_SCRIPT_CURRENT_URI/file:\/\///}
exec gnome-terminal --working-directory=${dir}
/M
