Hi! You don't need to be a full-pledged programmer to contribute to
Ubuntu in general. We have a lot of teams involved, some of which you
might be interested (like the Artwork, Community, and Documentation
Teams). But since you've posted in the devel list, you are probably
familiar or have experience with programming.

The wiki is a good place to start to look where you might want to fit in.
