CD copying in breezy

A further piece that is currently missing, unless I am wrong (Nautilus
is currently broken on my machine) is that of burning isos.

To me, the best default is to have a window launched when a user
double clicks on them, that asks them if they want to burn the iso. It
can also be selected by right-clicking and choosing burn.
