Release Goals Breezy : GraphicalConfigTools

Hello,

I'm currently making an application to Change a users password with a 
GUI and i was wondering if, when it's finished i could send it in as a 
contribution. I know that the development of the GraphicalConfigTools is 
already assigned to Olivier and Sebastien but i was wondering if maybe 
my contribution could help speed up the process ?
