CD copying in breezy

for audio Cds you will see this feature in rhythmbox, but since its
unlikely that it will be ready in time for breezy, we decided to use
serpentine for now, it got packaged at the begin of the breezy
development cycle and will soon move from universe to main.... 
i'm happy about every bugreport i get to solve all remaining problems :)
