[CXX Transition]: How to procede with the rest

Dear fellow MOTUs and others who are working on the Ubuntu CXX 
Transition,

there are a couple of libraries left which are in need of the 
transition.

Please check the http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/CxxLibraryList and if 
you don't have time for your marked libraries, please remove yourself 
from the list.
There are a lot of entries in this list, marked with ircnicks, but 
without a bugzilla entry link. Please, if you changed the libs already, 
and forgot to provide a bugzilla entry, create an entry and put them on 
the list. When you didn't do anywork on your marked library, again, 
please remove yourself from the wiki list, so we have a clear view, 
what is done, and what has to be done.
