Beagle makes use of Mono.Posix.dll (from mono-classlib-1.0), which
invokes /usr/lib/libMonoPosixHelper.so from libmono0.

It seems that for some reason dh_clideps did not register this
dependency of mono-classlib-1.0 on libmono0.  Looking harder at the
Beagle code it never references the so directly, and was the wrong place
to fix this.  I am taking a closer look at mono-classlib-1.0 and will
create a more correct fix.
