/dev/inotify missing?

Hi all,

Since 2.6.12-4 I'm missing /dev/inotify and dmesg no longer shows

localhost kernel: [4294669.492000] inotify syscall

and

localhost kernel: [4294669.643000] inotify device minor=63

Is it just me, or can anybody confirm this?

Happens for me with 2.6.12-4-686, 2.6.12-5-686 and 2.6.12-5-386.
2.6.12-3-686 is working fine.
