How often is updated the data base at packages.ubuntu.com?

Hello,

having a data base with the contents of all the packages as
packages.ubuntu.com or packages.debian.org is very useful. 

These days xorg in Breezy is unsuable for users of non-us keyboards
(french, spanish, german, etc.) For example the binary 'xprop' is not
any more in 'xbase-xclients' but packages.ubuntu.com keeps finding
it in there

Things like these are very annoying when you want to
solve a problem where a binary/library/whatever is not on your
system and you are not able to find it anywhere.
