Ugly Default X Cursor Theme

The default X cursor theme in both hoary and breezy is quite an eyesore:
An ugly black pointy arrow.  I believe that I remember Ubuntu having the
Jimmac cursor theme as default in Warty, maybe I am mistaken.  But
Ubuntu should consider using a prettier default xcursor theme.  Jimmac
looks very nice with the default brown desktop:
