Argg .. ok .. eventually I find by trial and error and looking
at other things that work .. the category mapping is an
mess and isn't documented ..
Finally get the docs registered .. and of course YELP crashes.
It can't handle frames I'd say.. but it shouldn't crash ..
Anyhow the secret is some more absurd magic .. you have
to use the category 'Development' if you want to get
into Applications|Programming .. using Applications|Programming
doesn't work .. arggg...
This is found by seeing the "Writing Scrollkeeper OMF Filex v1.1"
in "Testing your OMF File" where I found following the directions
fails .. with no diagnostic.
