Print to file (PDF) feature

Isn't this supposed to come with gtk+ 2.8 and cairo? I saw some
traffic on the gnome list begging gnome not to become dependent upon
gtk 2.8 like is the current plan, one of the sceptists is our own Jeff
Waugh...
