blue tooth cell phone tests

Bluetooth intergration is currently being tested on various devices, for
breezy. So far the current command line tools work well, there is no
workable UI interface yet.

I use a nokia 6600, it works well. I have been abusing my data contract
for a while now, using gprs to browse from my laptop.
