under qemu -m256 --cdrom foo.iso -enable-sound

detected hardware
found CD
blah blah
didn't find network hardware!

I don't remember the specific dialog and i have to go now, it takes ~10
minutes to get it up in qemu so if you want a hard debug session, bug me
later.  I'll see the e-mail when i get back.
