 If you install stable release, there's not mutch to apt-get after time.
My home Ubuntu Warty is the live exaple of this. Also, you can get
packages from the Internet at work/any place where connection sucks
less.

 Also, IIRC, Ubuntu will have ability to upgrade within a CD. You'll
just put new CD and wait for the upgrade process to kickin.
