Sync of timidity (and flac)

Hi everyone,

the current version of timidity (2.13.2-5) cannot be installed due to 
libflac4.

However, Debian's version (2.13.2-6) fixes this issue.
changelog.Debian states:
  * Rebuild against libflac 1.1.1-5.  This does NOT fix the whole
    fucked-up soname issue, since oggflac's still broken.  But it will
    make the package installable for the time being (closes: #289251)

The build requires a newer version of flac (1.1.1-5) which was changed 
as follows:
  * libflac++4 Conflicts: libflac++2c102 (= 1.1.1-1) for the same reasons
    as in 1.1.1-3 (Closes: #290353)

I compiled both packages on an AMD64 and they installed just fine.

Please consider a sync of both.
