let me not to agree. let;s say i am not completely agree. for example,
one could use connectionless protocol like IP or UDP and stream data
directly and proxy control messages. In such a system only IP address
of bouncers and downloaders will be known, but not uploaders.

In such scheme perforomance penalty is going to be low and still we
reach acceptable for many level of anonymity.
