xterm ant-aliased fonts

There're no good free faces which go under the name of "Courier"
(there're bitmap faces that come with X, but you don't want to
antialias bitmaps :). 

Of course, Vera Sans and Nimbus Mono are mapped to "monospace" in
default Ubuntu setups, so that's what Ubuntu should probably go
with.

FWIW, I prefer my xterm's to be -misc-fixed-*-iso10646-1, and there's
Gnome Terminal for when I want black-on-white :)
