Mono isn't even in main at this time, and so it isn't likely to go on the
official Hoary live CD.  However:

- You can install new packages in the live CD environment once it is up and
  running (assuming you have enough RAM to hold them), so you can add
  whatever you need at runtime

- Sivan Green and Brian Sutherland are documenting the process of
  customizing the live CD by adding new packages to it
