1) Copy all the packages from /var/cache/apt/archives to a temporary
place (1).

2) Run apt-get -d all_the_packages_you_need

3) Copy all the packages from /var/cache/apt/archives to your USB disk (2).

4) Copy all the files form (1) to /var/cache/apt/archives

5) Copy all the files from your USB disk (2) to your brother's PC

6) Run dpkg -i all_the_packages

7) Profit !
