Suggestion: Scalable Icons

The themes we're working on include SVG icons. Being scalable vector artwork
doesn't mean icons will always look better, you still have to design them
for a target resolution (an icon designed for 64x64px can be impossible to
understand if it's rendered at 16x16px, despite being 'scalable').
