PowerPC live CD

With two small tweaks:

- Copy dm-snapshot.ko from linux-image (https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=5372)
- modprobe ext2 before casper runs

I got a healthy powerpc live session going. After copying in a working
xorg.conf and starting gdm, I had a full GNOME desktop, started Firefox,
etc.

So it seems that once we deal with a couple of small things, the live CD
should work great on PowerPC. The only quirk was that it was very slow due
to DMA not working on my CD-ROM drive on this machine, but that isn't
specific to the live CD.

Colin, what's the best spot to deal with loading the filesystem module, and
which ones should we load? Does some part of d-i already handle this for
us?
