devhelp and autoconf

Ubuntu comes with autoconf 2.59, but devhelp-book-autotools contain the
documentation of autoconf 2.53a.

Furthermore it seems certain characters are missing, e.g. the character
'>' is missing from the Makefile(.am|.in) examples in
Autoconf->17...->Making testsuiteScripts).

Unfortunately I can't check these things on Debian so I don't want to
send a bug report there. If someone would confirm it I'd be more than
happy to report it straight to the Debian maintainer.
