Shall we support the autorun feature?

I put some more work into it today and uploaded it as update-notifier
(note the name change) 0.37.1. Testing is very welcome. I think we
should add it to the gnome-default session soon now. 

It's current behavious is to ask on unknown ubuntu cds:
[cancel] [Start package manager] [Automatically upgrade]

If the user clicks on "automatic update" synaptic is started, scans
the cd automatically and does a dist-upgrade. In "package manager"
mode synaptic is started, it scans the cd and then the user scan
deciede what to do next.

I wonder if I should ask that always, not only for not-yet-scanned
cds (under the assumption that a user who inserts a ubuntu cd usually
wants to install something).
