I think it's not directly connected to evms, but to ubuntu at all.
What will be with new upstream versions of software after 
'UpstreamVersionFreeze' and
before 'GrumpyGroundhog process begins' (from HoaryReleaseSchedule)?
new apt repos? or a delay?
