Getting back/forward mouse buttons working as default

It'll be up to the app programmers as to whether they support the
extra mouse buttons. I imagine that Mozilla does too though (of
course, I don't use Moz so I'm not sure).

As for imwheel -- it certainly could be used very effectively in a
_default_ install of any desktop distro PROVIDED the GUI controlling
the settings was improved. As it stands it requires a little bit of
fiddling to get working properly. The ideal would be that you simply
open up a System:Preference for the mouse and have an extra imwheel
tab! (of course, if it's going to be incorporated at such a level
it'll require a lot of QA testing).
