Obsoleting python2.1, python2.2 in Hoary

The question is whether we can move python2.1 itself to universe.  This
would mean disabling the python2.1 versions of all python modules in the
archive, which I assume would make them unusable for jython.  Only then
could jython move into universe.  Does this sound reasonable?

OK, so the 'zope' package (which is version 2.6.x) should be in universe,
and zope2.7 (zope 2.7.x) should be supported.  Great.
