Martin,
Thanks for your contribution; I eagerly await your i686-smp version.
I, for one, am always interested in security hardened versions; having
tried IPCop, Immunix and BitDefender. Those of us who came over from
Windows because of the Active-X debacle, and what is now shaping up to
be a shift towards Java exploitation, specifically Java scripts, and
.jpegs, are probably the only ones running FireStarter or Shorewall
firewalls.
I, for one, look forward to a software implementation which doesn't
rely on hardware (AMD64 and yet-to-come-out Prescotts).
