Yes, that's the idea.  We've had many meetings at about 1600 UTC, since that
was the consensus reached originally.  Since then, the .au contingent has
decided to speak up. :-)

I second Colin's suggestion of 2200 UTC; if there are no objections, we'll
hold the meeting at that time on #ubuntu-meeting.
