suggestion for init-scripts

Hi!

There is a small glitch in ubuntu initscripts (both warty and hoary).
Kernel logging level is not set anywhere in the scripts, resulting in
flooding the consoles with kernel messages.

The easiest way to fix this bug is putting "dmesg -n1" in the beggining
of
/etc/init.d/rcS

I already reported it as a bug, but it was rejected as NOTABUG
